With over 15 years’ experience in estate agency, Grant has a strong interest and passion for all aspects of property. This put him in a great position to start Handles Property.
Handles Property was founded by Grant and Mark as an independent estate agent that offers a client-centric approach. This has led to developing not only strong client relationships but also personal friendships with many of our clients.
Grant was honoured to be invited to join the Landlord Steering Group by Warwick District Council. Alongside Council representatives, he can discuss local policy changes, and this enables him to stay up to date on changes that may impact clients too.
From viewings to regular strategy meetings with clients, Grant enjoys all aspects of the day-to-day running of Handles Property.
Grant’s ideal home would be a Georgian house, or if that wasn’t possible, it would need to be a symmetrical house.
